🦋Join Us for a Richmond Birdwing Butterfly Survey! Discover the magic of the forest with Friends of Parks Queensland and Wildlife Queensland on Sunday, 15th February at Burleigh Heads National Park.


Take a guided walk with our experts as we search for the stunning Richmond birdwing butterfly - those flashes of brilliant green among the treetops! Along the way, you’ll learn about their ecology and help collect vital citizen science data to support threatened species conservation.


🌿What to expect: 

A relaxed, 2-hour walk and talk through beautiful rainforest habitat. No experience needed - training provided on the day!

🌿What to bring:

- Enclosed, sturdy shoes
