As part of the Great Southern BioBlitz, join Friends of Parks Queensland and Friends of Nerang National Park for an exciting nocturnal adventure! 🌌 Experience the thrill of spotting nocturnal animals as we survey the diverse wildlife that comes alive after dark. This survey is a unique opportunity to contribute to important data collection and deepen your connection with Queensland's natural beauty.
Who Can Join?
- Students, professionals, and the general public (16+)
- Medium fitness level required.
- Please wear long sleeves, long pants, and enclosed shoes, and bring your phone with the iNaturalist app installed.
What to Bring:
- 🔦 Torch (red light preferred)
- 👖 Protective clothing: long-sleeved shirt, long pants
- 👟 Enclosed shoes
- 💧 Water
