During this event, you'll have the unique opportunity to learn directly from an experienced ecologist about performing SAT Surveys, a widely utilised method for studying koala behavior and habitat usage within our parks. Discover how these surveys unveil the secrets of koala life and explore the prime habitats they call home.

This event marks a significant milestone in Friends of Pine Ridge CP larger conservation efforts, made possible by the generous support from the Australian Government under the Saving Koalas Fund.

Thanks to this support, Friends of Pine Ridge CP have overseen the planting of nearly 13,000 native koala food trees at the southern end of Pine Ridge Conservation Park! 🎉
